The 48–72 Hour Canary Pilot

Prove the route before you commit the volume.

You shouldn't have to take a new termination provider's word for it. Before any larger commitment, we run a short, structured pilot on a defined set of routes — so you see real performance data, not a sales pitch, before you decide anything.

How it works

01

We define the route set together.

You tell us the destinations, traffic type, and expected volume that matter most to you — a specific vertical, a set of rate centers, or your highest-volume routes today. We agree on the scope up front so there's no ambiguity about what's being tested.

02

We run live traffic for 48–72 hours.

Real calls, real conditions — not a lab simulation. You keep sending traffic exactly as you would in production.

03

We hand you the data, not a summary.

Per-destination ASR, ACD, PDD, and clean CDRs — with no false answer supervision (FAS). You see the numbers directly; we don't ask you to take our word for it.

04

You decide against clear, pre-agreed criteria.

No ambiguity about what a pass looks like — criteria are agreed in writing before the pilot begins.

Passing criteria

These aren't arbitrary — they're the same benchmarks we hold our own routes to internally, day one and every day after.

What happens after the pilot

If it passes

We move to a credit-controlled trial — a deposit or prepay arrangement sized to a single campaign or rate center, so you can scale up with real confidence before a broader commitment.

If it doesn't

You've lost 48–72 hours, not a quarter of production traffic and a migration headache. No hard feelings, no pressure to continue.

Why we do it this way

Domestic termination is a commodity market — everyone's rate card looks similar. The difference shows up in whether your calls actually get answered, whether your caller ID stays clean, and whether a bad upstream partner three hops away from you ever becomes your problem. A pilot is the fastest way to find that out without betting your production traffic on it.

We also come into the pilot with our own compliance posture already in place — our own STIR/SHAKEN certificate, current RMD filing, and real-time fraud controls — so what you're testing is the whole picture, not just a rate.

Pilot terms, route scope, and passing criteria are agreed in writing before traffic begins. Standard credit and deposit terms apply to any trial or production commitment following a successful pilot.
