Measured, not marketed.
ASR, ACD, PDD, NER, MOS, jitter, and latency — tracked per destination, because a route is only as good as its worst destination, not its best average.
What we track on every route, every day.
Aggregate averages hide the destinations dragging your quality down. We watch each of these per destination, not just across the whole route.
Answer-Seizure Ratio
The percentage of calls that get answered. The first signal something's wrong with a route.
Average Call Duration
How long answered calls actually last. Short average durations can point to false answer supervision.
Post-Dial Delay
The time between dialing and ringing. Long delays cost you callers before the call even connects.
Network Effectiveness Ratio
How often the network itself completes the call attempt, independent of whether the person answers.
Mean Opinion Score
A standard measure of perceived audio quality on the call.
Packet Timing Variance
Uneven packet arrival that shows up as choppy or unclear audio.
End-to-End Delay
How long audio takes to travel the route. Kept low enough that conversation feels natural.
False Answer Supervision
Calls billed as answered that never actually were. We track for it and route away from it.
Per destination, not just in aggregate.
A single degrading destination can hide inside a healthy-looking overall average. We track history per destination and reallocate traffic away from a route before it becomes a pattern, not after a customer notices.
A 48–72 hour canary before any commitment.
Before you route real volume to us, we run a defined route set through a short pilot with a clear pass/fail bar — so the numbers above are something you've seen firsthand, not something you're taking on faith.
