Compliance & Trust

Compliance is infrastructure, not paperwork.

Our own STIR/SHAKEN certificate, direct RMD certification, and a 24-hour traceback SLA — because a route's compliance posture is your risk too.

Their compliance failure can become your outage.

Every provider in the call path — not just gateway providers — is required to maintain a current Robocall Mitigation Database filing. If a carrier anywhere in that path falls out of compliance, everyone downstream of them is required to block their traffic.

That means a buyer's own calls can get swept up in someone else's enforcement action, even when the buyer did nothing wrong. A route that's independently, verifiably compliant is the way you keep that risk off your own numbers.

The parts of compliance we don't outsource.

Our own certificate, our own attestation

We hold our own STIR/SHAKEN certificate and SPC token and make every attestation decision ourselves — never borrowed from an upstream.

Correct attestation, call by call

Every call is signed at the level it actually earns. We don't inflate gateway or unverified traffic to look cleaner than it is.

Direct RMD certification

We file our own robocall mitigation plan and certification directly — it isn't inherited from an upstream partner.

A 24-hour traceback SLA

If a traceback lands on our network, we investigate and act within 24 hours. Contractual, not aspirational.

Treated as a P0 incident, every time.

A traceback request comes in, we investigate the source, and we block if warranted — within 24 hours, before it has a chance to cascade into an RMD deficiency or a downstream blocking order. That response window is written into how we operate, not something we improvise under pressure.

Ask to see our compliance posture before you commit any volume.
